Is attendance to the presentation mandatory? What will happen if I don’t attend?

Yes, it is mandatory as it is part of our terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to our terms and conditions will result in guests being charged the full advertised rack rate for their accommodation. 

How far ahead can bookings be made? 

Bookings can be made up to 1 year in advance.

What if I want to stay longer than 7 nights? 

Additional nights/week can be booked on a rental basis with discounted rates, subject to availability. Please inform our nominated travel agent early on.

What is availability like? 

We have good availability year-round. During Peak Season it is recommended that requests be made with as much notice as possible. Public Holidays and Special Events are strictly limited.

Can I bring my children with me?

Yes, you may bring up to 2 children with you. Children below the age of 12 are free of charge. Children OVER the age of 12 incur a fee subject to each property. Contact 1300 310 080 for more information.
