Any In stock order cancelled before item shipment will be accepted. Let us know in advance and 10% cancellation fee applicable. We will refund the balance to your bank account within 14 Business days.

Damaged Product / Defect on the Products
Any Broken/Damaged Parts will be replaced with new Parts. There could be up to 7 to 15 Business Days in Processing. We have pre checks done before send it to the shipment if in case the damage happens during the shipment period we can claim the damage from insurance. If you noticed the package damaged during the time of the delivery notify the shipping acceptance notes damage and update to us within 24 Hrs. with the proof of picture included package damage picture and the product damage pictures. We can process the claim through the shipping company. If fail to provide the evidence Hurry Guru not take responsibility for the insurance claim. The replacement parts only get it by discounted price.
Change of Mind after the purchase
Change of mind within 10 Days of Receiving Product is acceptable. No Question will be asked. Refund will be processed excluding 10% of Restocking fees and the shipping charges pay by the customer.
Warranty- 2 Years of Structural Warranty with Terms and condition apply. If we deliver the item we book the insurance for transit, we will report damages or failure if you obey the directions below:
If the item damaged during installation without follow the proper installation procedures mentioned in our website on the Assembly instruction section and the assembly instruction Manual provided with the items. The customer have to take full responsibility for the repair charges. Hurry guru will organize the service technician to fix the issue for the customer. If the item unable to repair or fix the issue customer have to pay cost for the replacement parts. Hurry guru will offer the replacement parts in discounted rates.
If you see damage to any of the boxes please take a picture of it, please also mention damage next to your signature & submit damage pictures to us within 24 hours of receiving your items.
If you do not notify us to have proof of damages within 24 hours, we are unable to claim the insurance from the transport company, if you failed to notify us with the damage picture for the package boxes and item pictures, we are not able to claim the damage during transit the customer have to pay for the replacement parts. Since the shipping firm wants appeals to be filed with proof within 7 days of delivery.
For the Replacement spares we send it for free of charge, But subject to the parts availability in stock. We organize the shipment in 3 working days. If the replacement spares is not available we will get it from overseas in the next lot time frame is around 12 weeks.

Pre Order Cancellation
Any Pre order cancelled will be accepted before item shipment from overseas. But we will have 10% cancellation fee. As Pre Order item needs a Booking in Limited Production. If the pre order item is manufactured and shipped to us. We will refund 50% of the total cost to the customer in 14 business days and customer have to pay 50% cancellation fee. If the delay in shipment is over 6 months from the date we promised then we can provide a full refund.
In Stock Item Order Cancellation
For some reason you wish to cancel the order. Normally we process the handling in one Business day. Please notify us before shipment. We will pay the full refund.
Hurry Guru Au wants has all the right to cancel and Order Due to or without any Reason. An email or Phone call Notification will be given. If the payment made we will refund 100% back to you.

Order shipping time
All in stock items are dispatched within 2 business days. If products are not available for immediate dispatch, the estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page we will notify you on our website. We will give you the follow up email once the product is ready to dispatch.
Order Delivery details
Standard deliveries are made Monday - Friday during normal business hours, excluding public holidays.
Estimated delivery time to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide is between 5-10 business days, Perth between 7-10 business days, and for the rest of Australia between 7-10 business days from the date of dispatch. However, please allow up to 10 business days after dispatch for all deliveries.
Above 25kg Item
Any Product above 25Kg is delivered to Ground Floor to Your Door. 80% of Our Products are above 25Kg Package. Please organize it beforehand to avoid any inconvenience.
Notification for Refund
Contact us by email / Phone / Live chat messenger about your concerns and refund. We will follow up with the request and reply you within one business day. Allow us to complete the Refund process after the successful return of the product and verification done we will refund your money within 15 working days. (Exclude the shipping cost).
