Self Pickup 

The customer who wishes to pick up the item from our Storage location needs to provide proof of identity like a driving license, Photo Id to verify the identity and also provide details of the credit card to verify against the purchase order to confirm the customer's identity before the item pick up. 

Delivery Details:

If the customer is not at home we deliver at a safe place. If you wish to deliver at a specific time, please let us know during the purchase. Otherwise, we will deliver to a safe place. The second attempt of delivery should be additional and must be paid by the buyer. 

Change of Mind: 

For some reason, you wish to change the car bed color. We were unable to change the color after placing the order with the supplier. Please choose your color of car bed right the first time. If you wish to cancel the order 20% of the money will be deducted from the full amount for restocking the balance and will be paid to you by bank transfer in two weeks' time. 

Pick up Details:

Hurry Guru Au Offers Pick up free of charge. Need to inform us earlier about the date and time of pick up. The transit warranty does not cover self-pickups.

Return Details: 

If for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can give it back to us within 30 days for a complete refund of the purchase price (excludes shipping charges). Everything we ask is to return the object in its original state without scratches in the original package. Contact us for booking the return courier service and the shipping cost paid by the buyer.

If we deliver the item we book the insurance for transit, we will report damages or failure if you obey the directions below: 

If you see damage to any of the boxes please take a picture of it, please also mention damage next to your signature & submit damage pictures to us within 24 hours of receiving your items. 

If you do not notify us to have proof of damages within 24 hours, we are unable to claim the insurance from the transport company, if you failed to notify us, we are not able to claim the damage during transit. Since the courier firm wants appeals to be filed with proof within 7 days of delivery. 

For the Replacement spares we send them free of charge, But subject to the parts availability in stock. We organize the shipment in 3 working days. 

If the replacement spares are not available we will get them from overseas in the next lot time frame is around 12 weeks.
